  I went to Landry today for national crabcake day. The crab cakes were only $5 and were totally amazing. The service was awesome the manager came over and greeted us can't wait to come back. Keep up the good work Landry's!!!

  Unfortunately have to rate my experience here the lowest rating possible. They made two attempts to cook a steak medium. Both of these attempts failed to have even the slightest amount of pink in the center at all. The manager attemptes to fix the issue with cooking another steak, which clearly failed.
  
  The server was decently nice, but that doesn't really matter. When you are paying $30 for a meal you expect it to be the way you order it. When you are hungry you will eat and not likely want to wait for the steak to be cooked a third time.
  
  Do you think the manager offered any sort of monetary compensation?

  If you go, DON'T LET CALEB SERVE YOU.
  He completely ruined our order, tried to pad our check and steal from us! We waited forever with nothing on our table. When he finally brought our drinks he blamed it on the bartender (was the bartender also responsible for bread and water?). He brought our appetizers and meal out at the same time. He brought us an extra order of oysters on the half shell then insisted we ordered a dozen. He brought us the fried seafood platter rather than broiled and when we explained that wasn't what we ordered (I wouldn't pay $20+ for fried anything), he looked at us like we were crazy and insisted that we did. He offered to correct the mistake by bringing me a free side of shrimp scampi then snuck the scampi onto our bill. He didn't bring the itemized ticket to the table, so I guess he thought we wouldn't notice. He also knew we were in a hurry to catch a movie after so I guess he thought we wouldn't confront him.
  Besides all that, the food was overpriced for what it was, and the place was practically dead on a Friday night (maybe we should have paid attention to the reviews?), yet when I called ahead to see if I should make a reservation they said they wouldn't be able to seat us until 7:15.
  I don't usually write reviews but we had such an awful experience at Landry's that in this case I made an exception.
